A method for operating a relation server comprises the following steps of: enabling a relation server to analyze a command to generate a capability set required for executing the command; enabling the relation server to group devices which are to execute the command based on a capability parameter and a status parameter of each of the devices which have been registered in the relation server or which are extractable from devices by the relation server; and enabling the relation server to generate a relation by using a sub relation formed by a device group, which is grouped by the relation server, and a sub relation server.
