PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable liquid crystal composition capable of easily controlling a tilt angle and having a liquid crystal phase expression area of wide range and a large refractive index anisotropy.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymerizable liquid crystal composition which comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of fluorene derivatives having a cinnamate bond and a fluorene skeleton represented by the formula (1) and a bisunsaturated carboxylic acid ester compound having a specific fluorene skeleton.
