PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point calculation device, a point calculation system, and a point calculation program that would make a customer inclined to use a reusable decolored paper.SOLUTION: A point calculation device of one example comprises: acquisition means for acquiring information pertaining to a recording medium that is found to be reusable by confirming that the image printed on a recording medium is decolored by a decoloring device and determining by a reading unit that the image has been erased; point calculation means for calculating points corresponding to the number of recording media acquired by the acquisition after a determination process by the decoloring device and the reading unit; and addition means for adding the number of points acquired by the point calculation means to the current points of the customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
