PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composition for organic light-emitting device exhibiting good device efficiency, and good device life.SOLUTION: In a composition containing a metal complex, functioning as a phosphorescent emitter in an organic light-emitting device 100, the metal complex has at least one aromatic ring and at least one substituent group R, the substituent group R is selected from a group consisting of a partially fluorinated alkyl, a partially fluorinated cycloalkyl, and their combination, and the C bonded directly to the aromatic group and to which F is bonded is separated from an aromatic ring by at least one carbon atom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
