PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil ring capable of efficiently restricting a flow-out of lubricant oil at an abutment part toward a combustion chamber and improving assembly characteristic to a piston.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an abutment part 4 of an oil ring 1 comprising an annular main body part 2 and the abutment part 4 formed at the main body part 2. The first rail part 11 is provided with the first protrusion part 33 protruding from one abutment end part 31 toward the other abutment end part 32 and the first receptacle 34 receiving the first protrusion part 33, the second rail part 12 is provided with the second protrusion part 35 protruded from the other abutment end part 32 toward one abutment end part 31 and the second receptacle 36 for receiving the second protrusion part 35, an outer peripheral surface 2b of the main body part 2 is provided with the first claw part 41 protruded from the extremity end of the first protrusion part 33 toward the second rail part 12 and the second claw part 42 protruded from the extremity end of the second protrusion part 35 toward the first rail part 11 and that can be engaged with the first claw part 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
