PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit capable of suppressing power consumption during charging, and an emergency lamp lighting device.SOLUTION: An emergency lamp lighting device includes a full wave rectification circuit, a charging circuit 13, a voltage conversion circuit, a relay 24, a control power supply circuit 16, and a control circuit. The charging circuit 13 includes a flyback converter circuit 14 and a current generation circuit 20. The flyback converter circuit 14 includes a transformer TR having a primary winding T1 and a secondary winding T2, and an output smoothing capacitor C3 parallel connected to a secondary winding T2. The current generation circuit 20 comprises a shunt regulator 201 and a constant current circuit by a transistor Q1, and is capable of generating a charging current I. When a difference Vbetween the lower limit value Vof the pulse of a voltage V1 and a battery voltage Vis not less than 1.85 V, a battery 60 is charged by the maximum charging current I. When the difference Vis less than 1.85 V, the battery 60 is charged by a charging current Ilower than the maximum value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
