PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof floor material with a high performance in soundproofing generating little warp at a small cost.SOLUTION: A soundproof floor material 1 includes: a base material 10 which includes plural grooves 13, 13 formed on the rear face thereof; and plural cushioning materials 20, 20 which are disposed at the rear face side of the base material 10 being separated from each other.
