PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which guides an appropriate entrance when there are a plurality of entrances in a facility.SOLUTION: An information processing device 21 guides a route of utilizing an object to be provided by a facility, has: route retrieval means 43 for retrieving a route from a place of departure to a destination by acquiring pieces of position information on the place of departure and the destination; and entrance determination means 44 for referring to number information storage means 46 in which number information of object users who use the object of the facility is stored by being associated with entrances of the facility through which the object users pass to determine an entrance having the most pieces of number information stored in the number information storage means among a plurality of entrances which the facility included in the route retrieved by the route retrieval means has, and in which the route retrieval means creates a route including the entrance determined by the entrance determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
