PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reduction in noise and false color and improvement in resolution by adding up successively captured images, and reduce an artifact in time base processing.SOLUTION: The degree of aliasing is found by applying bypass filtering to each pixel of an input image. Three kinds of RGB interpolation images are generated for each of an input image and a past image that is a past input image, by demosaicing each of RGB images in a Bayer array, and three kinds of dynamic body degrees are calculated from an inter-pixel difference between the input image and the past image. The three kinds of dynamic body degrees are outputted after being weighted by the aliasing degree. The input image and the past image are combined by a weighted addition corresponding to the dynamic body degree.
