PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assistance device which realizes training of a standing-up motion by a mechanical method.SOLUTION: An exercise assistance device 1 comprises: a lower leg supporting element 20 with contact target faces 24A; and a base 10 that supports the lower leg supporting element 20. An arrangement space S is formed under the lower leg supporting element 20, and the contact target faces 24A are displaceable forward and backward with respect to the base 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
