at least one processor; and at least one memory device that stores a plurality of instructions, which when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to: obtain position information that indicates a position of a user terminal and that is obtained by the user terminal; set a candidate region based on the position information, the candidate region being a candidate for a target region in real space to be associated with an electronic advertisement; set a partial region of the candidate region as the target region to be associated with the electronic advertisement; and register association information in a storage, the association information indicating an association between the electronic advertisement and a region set as the target region.
