A method and system for implementing SIP session transmission. The method comprises: importing a server certificate in a SIP server, and importing a client certificate in a SIP client; implementing key exchange between the SIP client and the SIP server; and implementing encrypted transmission of a SIP session between the SIP clients through the SIP server and by using an established TLS connection and exchanged keys. In the method for implementing a SIP session of the present invention, by means of a SIP server determined to be used as a server (that is, the SIP server can only be used as a server) and a SIP client determined to be used as a client (that is, the SIP client can only be used as a client), static certificate pre-importing can be realized, the certificate verification process is simplified, the working efficiency is improved, the certificate generation is facilitated, and the problem of complexity in the existing certificate importing is solved. That is, the technical solution provided by the present invention simplifies the certificate generation and verification operation and ensures the SIP encrypted transmission. |
