The objective of the present invention is to improve the quality of communication in an electricity storage management system. The problem above can be solved by the following solution: if a communication error occurs, in which signal transmission, reception, or both, cannot be performed between an information collection device and any one or more among a plurality of information acquisition devices, then the plurality of information acquisition devices are all brought into a state in which communication with the information collection device is always enabled, and a process for resolving the communication error is executed. In the solution, the plurality of information acquisition devices acquire the states of a plurality of electricity storage cells, the information collection device communicates with each of the plurality of information acquisition devices in a time-shared manner to collect information regarding the states of the plurality of electricity storage cells acquired in each of the plurality of information acquisition devices, and each of the plurality of information acquisition devices enters a state that enables communication with the information collection device in a first period for communicating with the information collection device, and enters a state in which the state that enables communication with the information collection device is cancelled, in a second period for the other information acquisition devices to communicate with the information collection device in a relationship of n to 1 (n is a positive natural number representing the number of communication channels of the information collection device). |
