Disclosed is a virtual ball simulation and control method of a mobile device. The method comprises: acquire an image by using an image acquisition component of the mobile device, to acquire a continuous image sequence; analyze content of the image; a virtual ball interacts with the content of the image and a user in the acquired image sequence according to a specific rule; and display an interaction result on a screen of the mobile device.
