PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for transmitting a first uplink signal and a second uplink signal, including data and control information, respectively.SOLUTION: A method includes channel-encoding of control information of a second uplink signal on the basis of the number of symbols of the control information to be produced. The channel encoding includes determining the number of symbols in accordance with payload size of data of a first uplink signal and the total number of transmissible symbols of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) for the first uplink signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
