PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the information amount of setting information on configuration change transmitted from a first base station to a second base station in a mobile communication system comprising the first base station and the second base station that communicate with a user device by carrier aggregation between base stations.SOLUTION: An information notification method in a mobile communication system comprises the steps of: a first base station notifying a second base station of a configuration change request including first desired setting information; the second base station notifying the first base station of second desired setting information; the first base station determining first setting information and second setting information on the basis of the first desired setting information and the second desired setting information, and notifying a user device of the first setting information and the second setting information; and the first base station notifying the second base station of difference between the setting information before and after setting after the completion of setting the first setting information and the second setting information to the user device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
