PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism of an electrode terminal of a battery which has high reliability in electrical connection of the electrode terminal and mechanical fixation and whose assembly work is comparatively simple, and also to provide a battery pack containing the fixing mechanism, and a method for fixing the electrode terminal.SOLUTION: A fixing mechanism 1 of an electrode terminal 9 of a battery 8 includes: a lower side abutting part 3; and an upper side abutting part 4 which is provided so as to be opposite to the lower side abutting part 3 and pressed down toward the lower side abutting part 3. A connection part 4a electrically connected to the electrode terminal 9 is provided in at least one of the upper side abutting part 4 and the lower side abutting part 3. The lower side abutting part 3 is supported by an elastic member 7 or a surface 3a of the lower side abutting part 3 opposite to at least the upper side abutting part 4 is formed of an electric material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
