PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-fluid sprayer capable of atomizing droplet at low pressure such as pressure of city water, even without supplying high-pressure water to the two-fluid sprayer, and an outdoor machine of an air conditioning device including the two-fluid sprayer.SOLUTION: A two-fluid sprayer 2 includes: a bubble generation unit 5 passing gas-liquid two-phase flow to generate bubbles; a bubble miniaturization unit 6 miniaturizing bubbles contained in the gas-liquid two-phase flow having passed through the bubble generation unit 5; and a spay unit 7 having a jet hole 70 jetting the gas-liquid two-phase flow having passed through the bubble miniaturization unit 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
