PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a speech recognition technique utilizable in a high noise environment and provide a facility inspection assistance system for reducing the workload of an inspection worker.SOLUTION: A facility inspection assistance device includes a portable terminal (processing device 2) equipped with an input/output unit I/O, a display unit DP, and an arithmetic unit C, and a vocal-cord microphone 1 for detecting the vibration of the throat of a worker as a voice. The arithmetic unit of the portable terminal analyzes, accepting as input thereto, the voice from the vocal-cord microphone, recognizes it referring to the data of a language acoustic model 3 that is held, determines a candidate for the recognized voice, and displays it on a result display unit 4. When displaying on the display unit, the arithmetic unit follows the predetermined sequence of inspection items of a facility at the site to be displayed, and performs the correction of display and storing of data in which the correctness determination result of the worker from the input unit is reflected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
