PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granulated powder which can realize a heat radiation sheet and heat radiation member having excellent moisture resistance.SOLUTION: The granulated powder 10 contains secondary agglomerate particles 30. The secondary agglomerate particles 30 are formed by agglomerating primary particles 20. The primary particles 20 comprise scaly boron nitride. Each of the secondary agglomerate particles 30 has at least one domain where a plurality of the primary particles 20 are laminated and oriented.
