PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which can suppress deterioration in image quality of an ultrasonic image caused by the interface state between an ultrasonic probe and a subject.SOLUTION: A reflection wave identification part 36 identifies a reflection wave in a skin interface from a reception signal received by a probe 12. An evaluation value calculation part 38 calculates a peak value Pd of the identified reflection wave as an evaluation value indicating a reflection amount in a reflection skin interface. A comparison part 40 compares the calculated evaluation value Pd with a reference value Pr indicating a standard reflection amount (peak value) on the skin interface. A control part 32 performs control for increasing ultrasonic intensity transmitted from the probe 12 or for increasing an amplification amount of the reception signal when the evaluation value Pd is larger than the reference value Pr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
