An air hose coupling for a tight lock coupler comprises: a valve body (6) comprising a valve hole seat (6-1) and an uncoupling pipe connection portion disposed on the lower part of the valve hole seat (6-1), a valve hole (6-3) being provided in the valve hole seat (6-1); a valve head (2) having a barrel (2-1) that extends towards the valve body (6); a tappet (8), a tappet body of the tappet (8) slidably fitting the valve hole (6-3) of the valve body (6); a first elastic element (5), disposed between the valve head (2) and the valve body (6); a first valve port sealing element (1), mounted at one end of the valve head (2) away from the valve body (6); and a tappet sealing element (7), the tappet sealing element (7) being mounted on a tappet head of the tappet (8) and being in on/off fit with a port of the valve hole (6-3). An air hose coupling component for a tight lock coupler comprises the air hose coupling for a tight lock coupler.
