An automobile oil-saving emission-reducing device and infiltration process thereof, the device comprising a carbon steel metal material, an alloy aluminum material, polymer nylon material and polymer graphitic material; a dedicated interactive insertion component able to be placed in a gasoline pipe or inserted with a gasoline pipe joint is manufactured via die casting, finish turning and fine grinding, and the component is infiltrated with, via the infiltration process, a formulation comprising the following constituents: 20-28% of ferrocene, 4-6% of a cerium oxide, 0.1-0.5% of pure silver powder, 0.05-0.1% of a pearl powder, 35-40% of pepper, 5-8% of an anion powder, 3-8% of a trace rare-earth material and 15-18% of a gas extracted from ammonium hydroxide. The automobile oil-saving emission-reducing device better saves energy and reduces the emission of harmful gas of an automobile, and considering the current smog conditions of the nation, use of the product can provide a social benefit, reducing atmospheric pollution and having good prospects for application, also considering that automobiles are an indispensable transportation vehicle and are being used with increasing frequency. |
