A tube cable apparatus, a method for manufacturing the tube cable apparatus, and an application thereof. A single-core cable (4) and a hydraulically controlled tube (1) are disposed in a coiled tube (3), and an insulation structure (2) is filled between the single-core cable (4), the hydraulically controlled tube (1) and the coiled tube (3). The method for manufacturing the tube cable comprises: respectively coating an insulation material on the shaped single-core cable (4) and the shaped hydraulically controlled tube (1), and thermoforming the insulation material to obtain the insulation structure (2) in which the single-core cable (4) and the hydraulically controlled tube (1) are disposed; disposing the insulation structure (2) on a steel belt; disposing the steel belt provided with the insulation structure (2) on a tube machine, and pressing the steel belt into a shaped tube; welding seams of the shaped tube structure; checking the seams by using a flaw detector; and polishing and finishing the exterior of a steel tube, so as to obtain the finished product of the tube cable apparatus. By means of the method for manufacturing the tube cable apparatus, the continuous high-speed welding production of the tube cable apparatus can be achieved, and the production efficiency is high.
