PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymorphism detection probe, an amplification primer, and an application thereof which can discriminate different polymorphisms simply and with excellent reliability, in EGFR genes for application in EGFR gene polymorphism detection in a wide field of biochemistry and the like regardless of medical field.SOLUTION: The invention provides an oligonucleotide labeled with a fluorochrome, which uses a polymorphism detection probe comprising at least one kind of fluorescent-labeled oligonucleotide, using a sequence having a complementary sequence to the base sequence of 5-50 base length in a specific base sequence and having characteristics to the complementary sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
