PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a laminate, and others, by which a thin film organic layer containing a photocurable resin can be patterned.SOLUTION: The production method of a laminate includes: an organic layer forming step of applying a photocurable resin composition all over a surface of a substrate to form a coating film having such a thickness that induces curing impediment by oxygen, and then exposing the whole surface of the coating film to form an organic layer containing a photocurable resin; a resist layer forming step of forming a patterned resist layer on the organic layer by using a positive photosensitive resin composition; an etching step of patterning the organic layer by etching an uncovered part of the organic layer on which the resist layer is formed; and a resist layer stripping step of stripping the resist layer after the etching step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
