PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to propose appropriate energy saving action to a user.SOLUTION: An energy saving support system 1 includes: an information acquisition unit 10 for acquiring power consumption data of each user 2, attribute information on energy consumption, and history of energy saving action; a classification unit 12 for classifying each user for each power consumption pattern extracted from each power consumption data; a user group extraction unit 15 for extracting a user group having the same attribute information; a target selection unit 16 for selecting a target power consumption pattern from power consumption patterns to which respective users constituting the user group belong; and energy saving action support units 18, 19 that extract, as recommendation energy saving action, at least part of energy saving action executed by a target user belonging to the target power consumption pattern, create support information including the extracted recommendation energy saving action, and transmit the information to a support target user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
