PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor with compact device configuration, having reduced number of joints.SOLUTION: There is provided a conveyor for carrying a workpiece into/out of a processing device, including: a main body portion capable of moving in a horizontal direction; an arm portion provided rotatably with respect to the main body portion; a hand portion provided rotatably with respect to the arm portion, for holding the workpiece; and control means for, when the hand portion being directly opposite the processing device carries the workpiece into/out of the processing device, horizontally rotating the arm portion and horizontally moving the main body portion, so as to linearly move the workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
