A base station according to an embodiment of the present invention constitutes a mobile communication network. The base station is provided with: a transmitter for transmitting, when a wireless terminal switches a standby or connection destination from the mobile communication network to a wireless LAN, first information including one or more identifiers that indicate a wireless LAN access point that is a candidate for the standby or connection destination to a wireless terminal under the command of the base station; and a receiver for receiving, from the wireless LAN access point or a node controlling the wireless LAN access point, an exclusion request for excluding at least one prescribed identifier from the first information.
