The sheet according to the present invention for removing a harmful substance, which is to be used for removing a harmful substance sticking to the body, is provided with a base sheet that is formed of a nonwoven fabric having a base weight of 30-200 g/m2, said base sheet being impregnated with a liquid at an impregnation ratio of 0.6 g or more of the liquid per gram of the base sheet. |
