A method, TNE, FCS, BD and system for performing charging, comprising: with regard to a session of each prepayment user who is pre-authorized, a TNE sends a first ACR for indicating an OCS abnormality to an FCS when detecting the OCS abnormality, and sends a second ACR for indicating the recovery of the OCS abnormality to the FCS when detecting that the OCS abnormality has recovered; the FCS sets abnormality information in a respective CDR according to the received ACR; a BD computes a duration time of the OCS abnormality according to the CDR received from the FCS, and performs charging related processing according to the computed duration time of the OCS abnormality. By means of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention, when OCS abnormality occurs during the process that a prepayment user uses a telecommunications service, the processing efficiency of a BD to a CDR of a prepayment user is effectively improved, and thus the user experience is improved. |
