An image adjusting method, an MCU, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: receiving video image data of each site, and decoding the video image data of each site to obtain a site image; performing mode identification processing on each site image to obtain an average image proportional value of a specified object in each site image; determining a first difference between the average image proportional value of the specified object in each site image and a first preset site image proportional value; and adjusting the focal length of a video collecting device by using the first difference, so as to adjust the average image proportional value of the specified object in each site image.
