The present invention relates to a lithium electrode and a lithium battery comprising the same. The lithium electrode according to the present invention has improved durability, lithium ion conductivity, and stability and especially can reduce the formation of lithium dendrite on an electrode surface, and the short circuit possibility of the battery by inhibiting the growth thereof.
