<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton which can be easily opened and is reliably resealed. <P>SOLUTION: Perforations 12 formed on an outer end sheet 11 of the carton are formed so that a first cutoff part 121, a second cutoff part 122 and three lines of third cutoff parts 123 are extended to a side edge 11C in the order from an edge 11B. The first cutoff part 121 has a first straight line part 121A extended from the edge 11B to a first direction and a first crooked part 121B crooked from an end of the bent edge 11A side of the first straight line part 121A to the side edge 11D side.
