A conductive member winding curl removal device and removal method which pulls out a conductive member wound around a bobbin at a predetermined acceleration and which can remove the winding curl of the conductive member. For this, provided are: a pulling out means 42 for clamping the end of and pulling out conductive member 12 wound around bobbin 41; a drawing means (58, 158) for drawing the conductive member with a force smaller than the force required to break the conductive member arranged between the pulling out means and the bobbin; and a moving means (46) for moving the pulling out means which clamped the end of the conductive member at a predetermined acceleration and pulling the conductive member against the drawing means. |
