<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of accurately measuring concentration of target gas even under a measurement environment with high concentration of dust and moisture. <P>SOLUTION: A laser gas analyzer includes; a laser device 204; pulse signal generating means for generating a high frequency modulation pulse signal obtained by superimposing a high frequency modulation signal on a pulse signal in a wavelength band which includes absorption spectra of target gas; laser driving means for applying the high frequency modulation pulse signal to the laser device 204 to have high frequency modulation pulse light emitted thereby; a laser optical system, including a lens 205, for collimating the high frequency modulation pulse light and irradiating therewith a measurement target space, including the inner space of a gas duct 1 which contains the target gas; light receiving means, including a lens 206 and a photo-sensitive element 207, for transforming the received high frequency modulation pulse light that has passed through the gas duct 1 into an electrical light reception signal; and gas concentration detection means for detecting the target gas concentration from the light reception signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
