The present disclosure relates to a method of operating a memory system including a memory device. The method includes a step of managing program order information for the memory device, based on a program order stamp which indicates the relative order relation of a program operation for memory groups included in the memory device, and a step of controlling operation for the memory groups according to the program order information. So, the performance and reliability of the memory device can be improved. |
