摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in heat resistance and moisture resistance, by enhancing the moldability of a resin mold thereby enhancing the exterior strength of a capacitor element. <P>SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor (2) is manufactured by preparing a capacitor element (4) including an anode foil in which a dielectric oxide coating is formed, forming a solid electrolyte layer between the anode foil and the cathode foil of the capacitor element, installing the capacitor element in a mold (dies 22-1, 22-2) and then injecting a mold resin (34) in the mold and molding the mold resin, setting the injection pressure of mold resin being injected into the mold at 20-100 (kgf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>), and setting the maximum thickness of the resin mold being molded by the mold to 1/3 or less of the radius of the capacitor element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
