Disclosed is a method for replacing a skid box in a floating structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for replacing a skid box in a floating structure on which a first rail and a second rail cross and are disposed under the cantilever to support a load of the cantilever are installed includes: a step of connecting the first rail with a skid box for replacement, coupled with a segmented rail forming part of the second rail, with the first rail; a step of disposing the skid box for replacement on the outside of the skid box to be replaced along an extension direction of the first rail; a step of separating a unit section of the second rail corresponding to the segmented rail; a step of removing the skid box to be replaced along the first rail and positioning the skid box for replacement; and a step of coupling the segmented rail coupled to the skid box for replacement with a separated unit section of the first rail. |
