The present invention relates to a method for selecting a strain without the production of aflatoxin and cyclopiazonic acid, and toxin-free soybean paste manufactured by fermenting the selected strain using the same. The production of ochratoxin and fumonisin can be rapidly selected by a relatively simple method. In addition, as a result of the application of the selected strain to an actual food, the stability is verified by detecting no mold toxin, same as an experiment.
