The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an electrode assembly. More particularly, the manufacturing method of an electrode assembly comprises: a first step for manufacturing a first kind of a base unit having a structure of alternately stacking same number of electrodes and separation films; and a second step for manufacturing a unit stacking part by repeatedly stacking the first kind of a base unit. An end of the separation film is not bonded to the end of a nearby separation film. The first kind of a base unit has a quadruple stacked structure which sequentially stacks a first electrode, a first separation film, a second electrode, and a second separation film, or a structure repeatedly stacking the quadruple stacked structure. The electrodes and the separation films are pressurized so as to not bend when bonded together.
