The present invention relates to a polymer gel electrolyte available for a lithium secondary battery, which comprises: a polymer matrix constituted of a perfluorosulfonic acid resin; an electrolyte; and an inorganic nanoparticle dispersed in the matrix. The organic-inorganic complex polymer gel electrolyte has high output properties of a battery by improving ionic conductivity and increasing the number of transfers, wherein a dielectric organic nanoparticle is dispersed inside. In addition, the lithium secondary battery has improved mechanical properties due to the addition of the inorganic nanoparticle, and has effects in inhibiting the elution of polysulfide of a lithium sulfur battery.
