The present invention relates to a cooking vessel capable of setting a material insertion time point. The cooking vessel comprises: a vessel base on which a pot is put; a material receiving unit partitioning the vessel base into sections to receive cooking materials; and a material insertion means automatically inserting the cooking materials of the material receiving unit in accordance with a predetermined pot temperature and cooking time. According to the present invention, timing and amount of the cooking materials to insert in the pot can be quantified, and thus taste of dish can be optimized. Moreover, since cooking is performed in a state that all cooking materials including main and sub materials are set in the cooking vessel, and each cooking material is automatically inserted in the pot at the insertion timing, a cook can save time for standing by the pot during cooking or for preparing the cooking materials. |
