摘要 The present invention relates to a technique which enables a storage battery to be charged even when voltage of a power generating facility becomes lower than that of the storage battery, and more particularly, to a technique which controls electric power of the power generating facility to be supplemented by interworking with supplement power. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique which provides charging equipment which maintains charging power of the power generating facility even with an insignificant energy source and enables continuous charging without a temporal gap during which it is unable to charge and impulse power, etc. The present invention includes: a power sensing control unit which senses the level of the voltage supplied from the power generating facility to a storage battery system; and a level control unit which is controlled by the power sensing control unit and changes a reference point of the power generating facility supplied to the storage battery system according to the control of the power sensing control unit when the voltage supplied to the storage battery system is equal to or less than chargeable voltage. The level control unit includes an automatic level adjusting unit which is supplied with the supplement power and supplies the power to the cathode of the power generating facility, wherein, when the voltage of the power generating facility becomes equal to or less than the chargeable voltage of the storage battery system, the automatic level adjusting unit increases the cathodic potential of the power generating facility in response to such a change so that a serial power supplying route is formed between the storage battery system and the power generating facility. As described thus far, the present invention with the purpose has effects of enabling the storage battery to be charged even at low electromotive force (voltage) in an insignificant energy environment and, especially, maximizing a power factor overcoming the temporal gap, during which it is unable to charge, which occurs in increasing the voltage. Furthermore, the present invention also has effects of preventing a power loss of excessive voltage and strengthening safety by removing the existing impulse power which occurs in increasing the voltage.
