PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a time to spare for performing the confirmation of a sea water leaking event and proper determination while stopping the spread of sea water contamination if there is the suspicion of sea water leaking in a condenser, and to enable early recovery.SOLUTION: A power generation plant 1 includes a boiler 2 for generating steam, a steam turbine 3, a condenser 5 causing exhaust steam from the steam turbine 3 to be condensed by being cooled by sea water, sea water leakage detection means 34A to 34D, 56A to 56D for detecting the sea water leakage of the condenser 5, a water supply system 6 for delivering a condensate condensed by the condenser 5 as feed water to the boiler 2, a spray piping 28 for supplying feed water before heating that flows through the water supply system 6 to the steam turbine 3, a pure water tank 37, a first pure water supply piping 38 extending from the pure water tank 37 and for supplying pure water to the spray piping 28, and a control device 36 receiving an input signal from the sea water leakage detection means 34A to 34D, 56A to 56D and controlling the supply of the pure water to the spray piping 28. |
