<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock which can be easily locked. <P>SOLUTION: A lock has a lock part 2 and a receiving part 3. The lock part 2 has a projecting part 5 and a releasing means 6. The receiving part 3 has a shutter part 8. The shutter part 8 is always energized in a direction of closing it. By forcing the shutter part 8 open with the projecting part 5, they can be engaged. By forcing the shutter part 8 open with the releasing means 6, the shutter part 8 can be expanded in an opening direction. The shutter part 8 has holders 9 disposed so as to face each other.
