摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a scanner to easily perform exhaustive and efficient scanning of the whole measurement region of a measured object.SOLUTION: A measuring jig 10 of an electromagnetic imaging system 1 for scanning a surface 3a of a measured object 3 with a scanner 2 using an electromagnetic wave includes: a jig body 11; a surface fastener 12 that fixes the jig body 11 to the measured object 3; and a start position marker 13 that is fixed on the surface 3a of the measured object 3 and instructs a scanning start position of the scanner 2. The jig body 11 comprises: a linear rod-shaped scanning guide unit 15; and a rotation positioning unit 14 that is formed into a polygonal column having a cross-sectional shape of a regular polygon with N sides (N≥3) respectively equal to measurement width W of the scanner 2 and is provided coaxially at least at one end of the scanning guide unit 15. The surface fastener 12 comprises: a first fastener 12a that is fixed on the surface 3a of the measured object 3; and a second fastener 12b that is fixed on an outer surface of the rotation positioning unit 14 and can be attached to the first fastener 12a.
