<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle siren apparatus that enables improvement of security characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a vibration sensor 1 that detects vibration applied to a vehicle; a siren 2; a transmitting part 3 that can transmit an abnormal signal to an external device; and a control part 4 that controls the vibration sensor 1, the siren 2, and the transmitting part 3. The control part 4 sounds the siren 2 and causes the transmitting part 3 to transmit the abnormal signal to the external device, when an amplitude value of the vibration detected by the vibration sensor 1 is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold value to start determination whether the vehicle is in an abnormal state and a frequency of the vibration is within a predetermined range which is preset to determine whether the vibration is caused by a drill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
