The present invention relates to a device for treating a first flush of a marginal strip on a road, which is installed in a marginal strip on a road to treat the first flush, and the device comprises: a storage part which stores rainwater; a pretreatment part connected to down-stream of the storage part to pretreat the rainwater; and a penetration part connected to down-stream of the pretreatment part to allow the rainwater penetrate into the ground. As such, in accordance with the present invention, the storage part, the pretreatment part, and the penetration part are installed in a marginal strip on a road; thereby not intruding a road or a sidewalk, and treating the first flush without interference of road structures.
