The present invention relates to a satellite lifting apparatus capable of adjusting a center of gravity and a satellite lifting method using the same. Specifically, the satellite lifting apparatus capable of adjusting a center of gravity comprises a weight adjustment unit disposed on each portion of a trolley on which a satellite is mounted, and adjusts a position of a connection ring to properly position the center of gravity of the satellite when transporting the satellite to stably lift and lower the satellite to improve assembly precision.
